Yoga Nidra for Pregnancy: Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep" is a deeply relaxing practice. Working with pregnant people on and off their mats for many years (and as a mother), I know that adequate rest is always an issue. While we hear about it for new parents, this can often begin in pregnancy, navigating changing body, discomforts and a racing mind. These practices can help you ease into sleep when practiced before bed. Practiced anytime, the deep release can help you feel more rested and energized.
