Mindful Birth Basics: This class integrates teachings from traditional yoga and meditation practices, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction  and childbirth education to help birthing parents manage anxiety and discomforts, cultivate a sense of calm, build confidence and enhance bonding between mother and baby in pregnancy and beyond. We will cover the benefits of, and evidence for, meditation. We will practice different meditations and pranayama (focused breathing) and discuss practical tips for cultivating a mindfulness practice in pregnancy, birth preparation, and beyond. Participants will be given access to a library of meditations and pranayama practices for their regular use. | Register

SLOW FLOW & RESTORE: Restore + Flow (all levels): Breathe. Flow. Restore. This class offers space to both challenge and restore your physical body, and to bring quiet to your mind. Class will begin with a slow flow practice, moving at gentle, intentional pace to allow for focus and proper alignment.
